Hello, welcome to my page.

As I lifelong Texan, Chad understands the desire in wanting to call a piece of this great state–home. Bryan/College Station and the Brazos Valley is a great place to live, work and raise a family.

Chad firmly believes that trust and honesty are the most important qualities to look for in a mortgage lender. He prides himself on earning these two things from his clients and referral partners by continually demonstrating flexibility, knowledge and patience on each transaction, listening to the buyer’s needs and desires and choosing a plan and program that will serve their needs best.

Chad prefers to advise his clients on all mortgage options and suggest the best fit for their situation. Anyone can get you a loan; it takes listening, understanding, and proper planning to put you into the right kind of loan that makes sense for you and your family now, and in the long run. His clients often say he is their lender for life but more importantly, a good friend.

Chad is married to Amanda and is a proud father of three sons (Nolan, Joshua & Andrew) and three daughters (Kayelyn, Emery & Aurora). He enjoys spending time with his family, watching Houston Astros baseball and singing in his church’s praise team.
